RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All items are 'made to order'. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellation after 24 hours cannot be accepted due to the 'made to order' nature of the garments.
All sizing guides are included within the item descriptions. It is the customers responsibility to review this and order an appropriate size. Returns will not be accepted due to sizing issues.
FAULTY RETURNS
Faulty items must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery. If you feel the product that you received is faulty please contact info@redneckroads. We will need to know the order number and a full description of the fault (including photos (where applicable)).
If the item arrives with a fault, then you will be entitled to a full refund, providing we are notified within the 7 day period.
If a fault develops after the 7 day period, you may be entitled to a refund of up to 50%, depending on the circumstances and evidence provided and this will be at our discretion.
Please note, postage charges will not be included as part of any refund.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To request an exchange, please email us at info@redneckroads.co.uk advising of your reason for return (please include your order number and please note returns due to incorrect sizing will not be accepted). Postage cost of the return is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is on our part
Please note, we are unable to issue refunds or process an exchange without an order number, so make sure you have this at hand.
